Additional Information

Companies with products grown or processed in Texas are eligible to apply for the GO TEXAN program as a Product Partnership. Companies with non-agricultural Texas-made products are eligible to apply as well with some limited benefits. In general, products produced in Texas but processed out of Texas do not meet GO TEXAN program requirements.

Specific eligibility guidelines apply to each category of product. For the details on each, contact GO TEXAN or go to the Texas Administrative Code.

Retailers, restaurants, commodity groups and associations, trade associations, farmers markets and other entities meeting the requirements of the Texas Administrative Code, Title 4 , interested in assisting with the promotion of the GO TEXAN program may apply for Associate GO TEXAN partnership with some limitations.
