Chipotle Aioli

1 cup Extra heavy mayo
2 T Chipotle peppers

To prepare:
1. Blend mayo and chipotle peppers.
2. Preheat a water oven to 65 degrees Celsius (149 degrees Fahrenheit; or a pan of water at about 200 degrees Fahrenheit) and add salt. 
3. Add the shrimp and corn. Cook for 14 minutes, then move to an ice bath.  
4. After three minutes, remove shrimp, dry on a towel and roughly chop. Set aside.
5. Remove corn from the ice bath and cut corn off the cob. Set aside.
6. Add all finished ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
